The Two Venetian Twins

Tullio Solenghi returns to celebrate the masterpieces of Italian theater with this extraordinary classic by Carlo Goldoni, written in 1747. Following the success of the Gilberto Govi trilogy, Solenghi signs the adaptation, directs and performs a double role in sincere homage to the legendary 1963 edition of Teatro Stabile di Genova, directed by Luigi Squarzina and immortalized by Alberto Lionello. With the scenographic collaboration of Davide Livermore, the production recreates the overwhelming pace, the scenic inventions, the live songs and above all the virtuoso role changes between the twins, entirely entrusted to Solenghi. An unmissable opportunity to relive a legendary page of Italian theater, where scenic magic meets Goldonian comedy.
