The most anticipated gastronomic event of Genoa's hinterland returns: the historic Minestrone Festival in Cabanne (Rezzoaglio), on August 20 and 21, 2026. Two days dedicated to traditional cuisine with minestrone and local specialties offered free of charge, live music with the orchestras of Federica Cocco and Omar Codazzi, and a night-time DJ set. The event is completely covered, with parking available, and part of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
