Mimmo Rotella 1945-2005

A major retrospective dedicated to Mimmo Rotella, one of the masters of Italian and international twentieth-century art. The exhibition traces over sixty years of creative research, from the abstract experiments of the post-war period to the New Icons of recent years, exploring the radical relationship between art, image and contemporary society. With over one hundred works from prestigious international collections, the exhibition is organized in five thematic sections that celebrate décollage, the artist's most innovative signature gesture, capable of redefining the boundary between art and life.
