In the heart of the Genoese hinterland, in Aggio, the traditional Sagra della Tagliata takes place: two evenings dedicated to good food, conviviality and open-air entertainment. Grilled tagliata is the undisputed queen of the festival, accompanied by a rich vegetarian menu featuring buffalo mozzarella, polpettone alla ligure, stuffed vegetables and homemade savory pies. Homemade desserts, particularly sbrisolona, perfectly conclude the dinner, while live music and DJ sets keep the dance floor lively until late.
