Genova Tasters 2026: gastronomic culture between history and tradition

A fascinating series of four meetings dedicated to the history of Genoese cuisine, led by food historian Umberto Curti. At the Auditorium del Municipio IV, discover how food tells the stories of communities, traditions and the territory of Genoa through real thematic "taste encounters". Each appointment, lasting approximately an hour and a half, explores a protagonist of local culinary tradition, with bibliographic and video recommendations to continue your exploration. The most dedicated participants will receive the symbolic diploma of "Taster of Genoa".
