A tradition rooted in 1975: on August 15th in Santa Margherita Ligure, Ferragosto is celebrated with the famous Fish Fry Festival, organized by the Scoglio di S. Erasmo di Corte Association. On Banchina Sant'Erasmo, starting at 6 PM, you can enjoy irresistible mixed fried fish with squid, calamari, anchovies and other delicacies of the sea, strictly supplied by the local Fishermen's Cooperative. An authentic culinary experience that brings the Ligurian community together around the most beloved gastronomic specialties.
