The eighth edition of the Blue Fish Festival in Lavagna is back, an unmissable opportunity to savor the specialties of Ligurian tradition. Organized by the Genoa Club Ugo Vignale in collaboration with the Municipality, the festival offers a fixed menu with anchovy-based dishes: bagnun, fried anchovies and squid, anchovy pie, dessert, wine and water. There are also special offerings for children, with a menu designed for the youngest. A culinary celebration dedicated to blue fish that celebrates the authentic flavors of the sea.
