The eighth edition of Banano Poetry Slam returns, Genoa's most anticipated oral poetry event. Seven performing poets compete in an engaging competition where the audience becomes judge: a randomly selected jury votes on the performances, while spectators can approve or challenge the verdicts. A perfect mix of show, ritual and game, where both newcomers and veterans of the discipline emerge. The evening is coordinated by Genova Slam, the collective that has been promoting oral poetry in the city for ten years.
